Use Cauli as a journal
Cauli is a private Brazilian jiu-jitsu training journal and recall trainer, provided by Cauli. By installing or using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
Your notes
What you write is yours. You may export it. Do not store anything in Cauli that you are not allowed to keep. You are responsible for the content of your journal and for keeping a backup if the notes matter.
Paid journal
Cauli is a paid app. After a short onboarding demonstration (write one technique and rehearse it), writing, rehearsal, and logging require a Google Play subscription. Annual includes a 14-day trial when Google Play offers one. Monthly is a genuine no-trial option. Prices come from Google Play for your country. Cancel in Google Play subscriptions. After a subscription ends you can still read, edit existing notes, export, and delete data; creating new techniques, rehearsals, or logs stays blocked.
Not a coach
Cauli does not teach classes, diagnose injuries, or replace a qualified instructor. Train under people who can see you. You assume the ordinary risks of grappling.
Fair use
Use Cauli for your own training notes. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or site, and do not use them to break the law or to harm anyone.
The software
We license the app to you for personal, non-exclusive use. We may update it. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every device will run every version. The app and site are provided as-is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cauli is not liable for training injuries, lost notes, or indirect damages. If a court finds us liable anyway, that amount is limited to what you paid us for a subscription in the previous twelve months, or zero if you did not pay. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, they apply only as far as permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not, uninstall the app and stop using the site.
